Magic Move (“we”, “us”) operates commercialmovingcompany.ca. This page explains how we handle information you submit when requesting a commercial moving quote.

What we collect

When you use our quote forms, we may collect: name, phone number, email address, company name, move origin and destination, preferred date, type of move, and free-text details about your project. Forms include a honeypot field to reduce spam; it is not used for marketing.

How we use information

We use submitted details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote discussion, and communicate about your move. We do not sell your personal information.

Who receives it

Quote requests are emailed to our internal lead inbox for follow-up. Phone and email contact published on this site may also be used if you reach out directly.

Retention

We keep inquiry records as long as needed to manage your request and ordinary business records, then delete or archive them according to our internal practices.
